Madhu Sharma is an international Education consultant, specializing in school evaluations, improvement, review, monitoring and curriculum development. She has led in reputed schools in senior management roles as a principal and headmistress of different curricula ranging from CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), ISC (Indian School Certificate)
and SSC (State Board). She works for Quality Council of India (QCI) and COAE International as an auditor in India. As a facilitator she provided training for CBSE schools in Siliguri in 2011. Her work led her across India from Aditya Vidhyashram, Puducherry to KIITS International, Bhubhneswar, to name a few. In Hyderabad she audited Suchitra Academy and provided training to teachers of DPS group of schools and Pranav International on 21 st century skills and communication skills.
For more than a decade since 2009, she has been linked with school evaluations as a lead and team inspector working for CfBT (Centre for British Teachers) now EDT (Education Development Trust), Serco, Cambridge Education and Tribal Education. She inspected schools for KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority), ADEK (Abu Dhabi Education and Knowledge), MoE (Ministry of Education) and SPEA (Sharjah Private
Education Authority) in the UAE. She worked for QAAET (Quality Assurance Authority
Education and Training) in Bahrain and for an independent agency in Lebanon, inspecting
more than 375 schools of different curricula ranging from American, IB, British, Indian,
Pakistani, Bangladeshi, MoE and government schools. In June 2014, she provided voluntary support for two weeks to Melamchi Government School in remote Nepal.
A prolific writer and poet Madhu contributes regularly in national dailies and journals in
English and occasionally in Hindi. Her chapter in ‘Internationalising Schools’, published by John Catt publishers, UK on ‘International Education in Indian Setting’ was published in 2011. As a jury member (2016) and discussant in Global Awards hosted by City Montessori School, Lucknow, she welcomed eminent delegates from Singapore in October 2019.
Recently on the 21 st April Madhu was the jury member for COAE International Global
Awards for Indian languages, She has developed online tools for English enrichment and communication skills for all ages and takes regular classes for the primary middle, secondary, CA entrance and MNC’s.
Bryan is MA Med, an experienced education consultant, teacher trainer, school inspector,
assessment expert and ELT textbook author who has substantial experience of working both in the UK and internationally. A Secondary specialist, his areas of expertise include school inspection, whole school improvement, teacher training and the production of ELT teaching materials for primary, secondary, graduate and adult learners. Since leaving his last full-time post as director of pedagogical services for an international training company based in Switzerland in August 2001, he has worked independently. His rich experience includes being Ofsted school inspector UK, school inspector in UAE, evaluator in underperforming schools in New York, writing of school leaving examinations in English for secondary schools in the Russian Federation and ELT author for Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, Macmillan, Pearson and Kaplan, to name a few.
Bryan is an expert in providing teacher training and professional development to teachers.
He served as Director of the Post Graduate Certificate of Education Course in MFL at
Sussex University for two years. He is an accomplished writer having published high quality
work in a range of languages for well acclaimed publishers.
